How and where are your products made?

1. We use only 100% Full Grain and Top Grain Cowhide Leather for our products. Don’t get fooled! “Genuine” isn’t the best kind of leather.

2. We assemble our products using quality rubber cement and stitch them together using strong nylon twine through an industrial leather sewing machine.

3. All our products are designed and made in-house, from start to finish. We keep a close eye on how our bags are made to give you the best classic leather bag while keeping it affordable for everyone.

4. And yes, our bags are 100% designed and made in the Philippines!

Do you accept payments through PayPal?

1. Yes, we do.

How do I send photos of deposit slips or successful online fund transfers?

You can send a photo of your proof of payment to hideandseekph@gmail.com

What are your shipping rates?

1. Shipping within Metro Manila is free!

2. The shipping fee for Provincial orders is only Php 80.00.

How soon do you ship out orders?

1. We ship out orders 24 hours after we have confirmed your payment. A tracking number will be sent to the provided email address.

2. Shipping takes 1 to 2 days for Metro Manila addresses, and 5 to 6 days for Provincial addresses.

3. For same day delivery requests, just send us a message and we will arrange it for you. The payment for same day delivery will be shouldered by the customer. (This is only available within Metro Manila)

How do I go about repairs?

1. If your H&S bag has a broken accessory, we will repair it for free on the first time. Send us a message with your name, address , email address, contact number and a photo of the bag to hideandseekph@gmail.com

2. You can either have the item shipped to our workshop or dropped off at any of our stores or bazaars.

Will you restock an item that has just been sold out?

1. We import our leather so, it will depend on the availability of the color with our suppliers.

2. We only make a few items per color so grab one before they’re gone!

Can I have an item reserved

All our items are sold on a first come, first served basis. Once you have ordered the item, it will be reserved to you for 2 days. If no proof of payment has been received within the reservation period, the reservation will be forfeited and the item will be up for sale again.
